Hey ya’ll!
As most of you know, I’m a mama to 5 young kids. My kids love to do art projects.
My house is filled with all sorts of supplies – mainly crayons, colored pencils + markers to last a lifetime! I wanted a better way to take these items on the go – a way that could help them not end up melted or lost in my car or bag, and just make it a little more manageable for my kids to bring them with us on the go.
So I wanted to share with you my Color-On-The-Go travel carrier pattern. I teamed up with Elizabeth from Quilters Candy to be a guest on her blog to tell you all how to make your very own Color on the Go!
This tutorial will go over two different sizes – one perfect for crayons + one perfect for colored pencils (or even markers).
There are also two different options for closures for the carriers - elastic + button or ribbon tie.
Head on over to Elizabeth's blog to read the full, step by step tutorial + be sure to tag #coloronthego + @simplymackbeth if you make your own!
