SHIPPING POLICY
Our focus is on getting all the orders out as quickly and as accurately as possible. Sometimes, when we have really big sales our shipping team gets bogged down. It may take a little longer (usually a day or two) to get your items out. Most of the time, items will go out same day or the next morning, depending on when you order.
**At this time we only ship to the United States (including HI and AK)**

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. All shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer and will be charged a $5 restocking fee. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.
If, by chance, you receive an item that has been damaged in delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to assess the situation and find a solution. Please note, some items may no longer be available.
